Terms and Conditions

In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Chapel Interiors.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully prior to indicating Your acceptance. When You have understood the Terms & Conditions, please complete the registration Process and order the Products.

 

Payment

Payment may be made by either credit / debit card or via PayPal. Orders are accepted on the condition that Products will be supplied at the price ruling on dispatch. Chapel Interiors uses Sage Pay to process all transactions. Sage Pay uses encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data and provide maximum security for transactions made over the internet.

Delivery Charges

A carriage and packing charge of £6.95 applies to all orders placed for delivery. Orders over £125 delivery is free. Delivery is only available to UK mainland which we aim to deliver within 5 working days. If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Chapel Interiors at your earliest opportunity usually within 24 hours of delivery.

 Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

If any product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

Paints : All our designer paints have been specially mixed for you and therefore cannot be returned. Please note as they are mixed to order there can be slight variations between tins. For covering large areas requiring more than one tin we recommend to have all tins tinted together to ensure there is no variation. All tinted paints are quality checked and passed before being dispatched ensuring the colour is to an acceptable match to the colour ordered.

Wallpapers : We accept returns on wallpaper(s) within fourteen days of delivery please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email if you wish to return your wallpaper(s). Please do not return your wallpaper(s) without notifying us first. If your wallpaper(s) is defective in any way or has a fault a replacement or full refund will be given as long as you notify us within fourteen days and the product is still with its original packaging and the sales receipt is present. Please note you should always check for wallpaper faults before and during hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decoration costs. 

Colour Accuracy (Paints & Wallpapers)

Do not rely on screen representation for colour accuracy. Paint colours can vary according to adjacent room colours and lighting conditions. We advise you request a paint colour chart before purchase and order paint sample pots to confirm your colour choice.

Wallpapers as seen on your screen can vary in colour, we do advise you obtain a sample of the wallpaper you require prior to ordering.

General

Your purchase of Products from Chapel Interiors will be a contract made in England and under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to You. Your rights are unaffected. Chapel Interiors can revise these Terms without notice by posting new terms and conditions on the site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

We pride ourselves in ensuring that all your details are kept safe & secure. You may at anytime request to be removed from our database and or stop any form of advertising by us such as emails. All details about you are completely secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date encryption technologies to take your personal details. We value your custom and are always happy to hear any comments you might have about our service.

At Chapel Interiors we recognise our customer's privacy and as such we will only use the information you give us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We do not sell mailing lists to other companies, nor do we divulge any of your personal details to any other companies or individuals. All your personal details are stored and processed on our secure server.
