Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
If any product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
Paints : All paints supplied from us are specially tinted for you and therefore are non-returnable. Please note that most of these paints are mixed specially to order and there can be slight variations between tins. For covering large areas requiring more than one tin it recommend to have all tins tinted together to ensure there is no variation. All tinted paints are quality checked and passed before being dispatched ensuring the colour is to an acceptable match to the colour ordered.
Wallpapers : We do not accept returns on wallpaper unless there is a fault with your product(s). We cannot accept returns if you decide to change your mind once your product has been ordered. If your wallpaper(s) is defective in any way or has a fault a replacement or full refund will be given as long as you notify us within seven days and the product is still with its original packaging and the sales receipt is present. Please note you should always check for wallpaper faults before and during hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decoration costs.
Colour Accuracy (Paints & Wallpapers)
Do not rely on screen representation for colour accuracy. Paint colours can vary according to adjacent room colours and lighting conditions. We advise you request a paint colour chart before purchase and order paint sample pots to confirm your colour choice.
Wallpapers as seen on your screen can vary in colour, we do advise you obtain a sample of the wallpaper you require prior to ordering.
